Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: Monday to Saturday: From 8pm to 11pm 25 € From 11pm 50 € Sunday and holidays: Until 11pm 30 € From 11pm 50 € - Tourist tax: From 2012, the local authorities charge a tourist tax to all visitors to Catalonia over 16 years of age. The tax rate is 1.10 euro per person/per day. A maximum of 7 days is charged. The tourist tax must be paid to the member of staff checking you in, upon arrival at the apartment.
