Les citoyens russes doivent être en possession d’un passeport russe à leur arrivée. The reception desk is located on the 2nd floor, the room fund is located on the 6th floor. Reception is provided daily and around the clock. Refrigerator, microwave, water cooler are located in the reception area. The rooms do not have air conditioning. Rules for living with animals: 1. Only small dogs of non-fighting breeds weighing up to 5 kg are allowed to live with animals. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with an animal. The hotel is not allowed to accommodate wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health. 2. Pets are allowed when the guest buys the whole room. 3. The cost of accommodation for one animal is RUB 500.00. Accommodations with guide dogs catering to the needs of people with disabilities are allowed at no additional charge. 4. The guest must have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for his sleep. It is forbidden to leave the animal unattended and outside a special carrier (cage). 5. To feed the animal, the guest must bring special dishes with him. 6. In order to meet the natural needs of the animal, which do not require its walking, the guest is obliged to bring a special tray or other special bedding. 7. Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, elevators, etc.) and during walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash accompanied by a guest. 8. It is forbidden for dogs to be in the catering area (restaurant, buffet, etc.). 9. Guests arriving at the hotel with an animal on vacation must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about all vaccinations that were given to the pet.
