If guests damaged something in the apartment and the maid recorded it. If guests made noise in the apartment after 09:00 PM. If guests did not warn about the intended party. If guests checked in with pets and did not discuss this fact in advance. If guests took the keys with them. If guests walked around the apartment in street shoes. If guests moved and rearranged furniture. An additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 3 nights. The cost of cleaning one-room apartments and studios is RUB 1500.00, the cost of cleaning two-room apartments is RUB 2000.00.
