You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Out of the office shift, Sundays and public Holidays, key collection will be done in: Gasolinera REPSOL 24/7, L'Esport 2, 03710, Calpe The pending amount should be pay at the following working day in the office. A surcharge of 12 EUR per person per stay for towels and bed linen will be charged at the check-in in case of the guest doesn't have their own. A surcharge of 8 EUR per night for the usage of the air conditioner will be charged at the check-in in case of the guest wants to use it.
