Volgens de nieuwe immigratieprocedures met ingang van 1 mei 2025 moeten alle buitenlanders die Thailand binnenkomen via de lucht, over land of via zee drie dagen voor aankomst het online formulier Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) invullen op de officiële website van het Immigratiebureau van Thailand. A security deposit of THB 10000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Each stay will incur a cleaning fee which is to be paid at the property upon departure.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests arriving between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM will be subject to an additional charge of THB 500.
Loss of the key or keycard will result in a THB 500 charge.
