A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The front desk is open until 20:00. In case of arrival outside working hours, an additional fee of EUR 30.00 will be charged. Guests must be informed of the estimated time of arrival by calling the number indicated on the booking confirmation or by replying to an email or message. Guests can park in the 24-hour underground public guarded parking lot located under Europe Square, about 200 meters from the hotel, which costs about 15.00 EUR per day, there is no need to book it. Blue stripes is open free of charge from 08:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Guests cannot approach the facility by car due to limited access only for permanent residents, and outsiders are not allowed to park there or transit.
