You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to notify the property if they require alternative bed arrangements. The property can provide this subject to agreement. All guests are requested to provide genuine addresses validated by photo ID's either passports or an up to date driving license which are to be provided prior to arrival. All third party bookings must be declared and full lead guest information provided when requested by the host/owner. Refundable Security Deposits and other payments for services to be transferred prior to arrival, this includes pet stays and parking permits both of which are non refundable. If information requested is not provided entry to the property will be denied.
