There is a round-the-clock contactless check-in through an electronic lock. The deposit is fully refundable after cleaning, subject to the rules of residence: smoking is prohibited in the apartments and on the landing in the house, the property of the apartment is intact and without damage, silence is observed after 11:00 PM.
