Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Payment for accommodation in the selected apartment is only possible via bank transfer. Payment by cash or other methods is not available. Contactless check-in is available. Before arrival, guests must contact the apartment manager by phone, indicated in the booking confirmation (voucher), to receive information about the check-in. When booking on the day of arrival (day to day), the time for receiving and processing applications is limited to the period until 22:00. Each bed is designed for 2 people, bed linen is provided in one set. If guests wish to stay separately, the additional payment for each subsequent set of bed linen will be RUB 500.00. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
