Check-in is not possible after 12:00 AM. Cash and non-cash payment are available. When booking, guests must specify the exact number of guests, including children from 1 year old. The apartment administrator will contact the guests a day or on the day of arrival and send them information about the check-in. Check-in rules: Check-in is available around the clock, however, early check-in or late check-out is available by prior agreement with the administrator.; Guests who arrive after 18:00 will pay 100% of the booking price.; Check-in is possible both with the accompaniment of the administrator and contactlessly; Guests will need a photo of the guest's passport to check in; The additional cost of cleaning is paid upon check-in; Some apartments can accommodate small pets for an additional fee and by prior agreement; Accounting documents are provided for an additional fee; The apartments work with legal entities and individuals. The price of accommodation depends on the number of guests, weekends and holidays. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. A fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided for smoking. It is forbidden to live with large pets; parties and events are prohibited. The apartment administration has the right to refuse to check in to drunk guests.
