Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. It is necessary to contact the representative of the apartment 1 hour before arrival to coordinate the check-in time. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Late check-in after 10 PM is upon request and subject to charge: RUB 500.00. Pets are allowed on request, at an additional cost. Hotel need to make an advance payment of one night. Prepayment is not refundable.
