A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note that a EUR 250 deposit is due on arrival. It will be refunded on departure after the inventory has been verified. The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers’ credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers travelling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment. Heating and air conditioning are not included and are charged according to consumption.
