Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 12:00 - 21:00. After booking, guests are kindly requested to contact the property for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests will be charged a fine of RUB 1000.00 for leaving garbage and dirty dishes, the amount will be deducted from the deposit made upon arrival. Full ban on smoking in the apartment, fine RUB 5000.00. Please note that a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required upon check-in. It will be returned within 24 hours after check-out. A final cleaning fee of RUB 3000.00 will be charged additionally. Please note that an additional fee of RUB 3000.00 is charged for pets.
