Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Guests who wish to use the private reservable hot-spring bath must make a request upon check-in. To use the hotel's free shuttle, please call upon arrival at JR Yugawara Train Station as well. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the hotel will accept cash only.
