Volgens de nieuwe immigratieprocedures met ingang van 1 mei 2025 moeten alle buitenlanders die Thailand binnenkomen via de lucht, over land of via zee drie dagen voor aankomst het online formulier Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) invullen op de officiële website van het Immigratiebureau van Thailand. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 19:00. If the guests arrive after 07:00 PM, they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Artem's Guesthouse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel requires prepayment of 100% of first night via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with the bank detail. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please note that the property requires guests to settle THB1,000 for key deposit upon checking in. The deposit will be returned on the check out date.
