For all studio apartments, a EUR 300 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in. For all other apartments, a EUR 500 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked. You are required to tidy your apartment or studio and empty the bins before departure. If the accommodation does not meet the property's expectations, a minimum EUR 16 penalty will be charged. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price, however it is available: -EUR 32 per studio per stay. -EUR 42 per apartment per stay. If you plan to arrive outside of the reception hours or on Saturdays or Sundays, please contact At Home Hotel directly regarding late check-in procedure. In this case, the property will charge the total amount of the reservation on the arrival day. Please note that At Home Hotel will contact you by email to give you the access code. You will receive bed linen for the length of your stay and a welcome pack. You can pick up your keys in the offices located at 236 Rue Saint Martin, in the 3rd district of Paris. A member of the team will gladly provide you with all the necessary information on how to get to your apartment. Apartments are located in the 1st, 2nd and 4th districts. You must show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. The rental will be made under the names and for the number of guests who check-in at the reception desk. The reservation could be cancelled if there are any differences between the number of guests indicated on the reservation voucher and the number of guests at check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
