The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that additional charges will be applied for arrivals after check-in hours: from 7pm to 9pm = 30€, from 9pm to 11pm = 50€ and from 11pm to 1am = 70€. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
