You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests cannot check-in outside normal check-in hours. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit.
