Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The building in which the apartments are located is new. For this reason, renovation work may be underway in the building. Guests are asked to take this into account when booking. A one-time fee of RUB 900.00 for the entire stay is charged upon check-in for preparing the apartment for check-in.
