Check-In: Usual check-ins are between 16:30 and 21:00. Early or late check-ins must be arranged by telephone 48 hours in advance whenever possible, as staff are not usually on site. If you are booking and arriving on the same day, check-in must be arranged by telephone. Please contact Brambles using the details provided on your booking confirmation. Prior to travelling to Brambles, ensure that a copy of the written directions have been printed off. All guests are advised not to rely on satellite navigation systems. Additional Cancellation Information: In the event you cancel a booking or cut short your stay, the following applies: More than 28 days’ notice: we will refund your deposit in full, less an administration charge of GBP 5 to cover card charges. Less than 28 days’ notice: we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are able to do so we will refund your deposit, less an administration charge of GBP 5. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the deposit will not be refunded. Less than 14 days’ notice: we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are able to do so we will refund your deposit, less an administration charge of GBP 5. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, the full cost of the accommodation booked will be charged to the card provided for the initial deposit. In the event of no-shows: the full cost of the accommodation will be charged to the card provided for the initial deposit.
