You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. While the majority of our apartments are located above the ground floor, we would like to bring to your attention that a few are located on the lower-ground floor. Please be aware that despite the variance in location, all apartments uphold the same high standards. Unfortunately, we are unable to fully guarantee the location of your apartment beforehand. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. All guests are required to complete an online ID verification prior to arrival.
