In overeenstemming met de institutionele regelgeving en de regels met betrekking tot de toegangskosten (met of zonder shuttleservice) in Venetië en de eilandjes in de lagune van Venetië, wordt er een extra toeslag in rekening gebracht aan dagjesmensen die niet in Venetië overnachten en van plan zijn om het historische stadscentrum te bezoeken in de periode van vrijdag t/m zondag of op feestdagen tussen 08.30 en 16.00 uur. De toeslag bedraagt tussen de € 5 en € 10 per dag, afhankelijk van de boekingsdatum. Uitgezonderd van deze toeslag zijn kinderen jonger dan 14 jaar, inwoners van Venetië en de regio Veneto en mensen die in Venetië werken of studeren. Gasten die overnachten zijn ook uitgezonderd van deze toeslag en moeten toeristenbelasting betalen bij de accommodatie. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
