A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. For the room there is a card, and for the building entrance door there are a metal key. If the guests arrive later 7:00 PM they will need to send the picture of the ID card using the WhatsApp number of the hotel. Late arrival guarantee: until 7:00 PM there is someone for the check-in, after 7:00 PM there is a tax of EUR 10.00.
