Please note that if your estimated arrival or departure time at the apartment is between 20:00 and 08:00, or on Sunday or a public holiday, the property will charge an extra EUR 30 fee in cash. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
