In overeenstemming met de institutionele regelgeving en de regels met betrekking tot de toegangskosten (met of zonder shuttleservice) in Venetië en de eilandjes in de lagune van Venetië, wordt er een extra toeslag in rekening gebracht aan dagjesmensen die niet in Venetië overnachten en van plan zijn om het historische stadscentrum te bezoeken in de periode van vrijdag t/m zondag of op feestdagen tussen 08.30 en 16.00 uur. De toeslag bedraagt tussen de € 5 en € 10 per dag, afhankelijk van de boekingsdatum. Uitgezonderd van deze toeslag zijn kinderen jonger dan 14 jaar, inwoners van Venetië en de regio Veneto en mensen die in Venetië werken of studeren. Gasten die overnachten zijn ook uitgezonderd van deze toeslag en moeten toeristenbelasting betalen bij de accommodatie.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 250 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 17 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 1.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.50 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 1.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.70 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
