As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Please inform Departamentos Andalucia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that after booking you will receive a welcome email from the property owner with information on the location and airport shuttle options. As this property does not have a front desk, please let Departamentos Andalucia know your expected time of arrival at least 1 day in advance.
