Remote check-in is carried out via keyboxes, therefore, before check-in, guests sign an electronic offer agreement and pay for accommodation and a deposit. If the guest has not contacted in advance and has not carried out the specified procedures, then after 10:00 PM Moscow time, check-in is impossible.
