Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. The following mandatory extra charges apply: for house 1 and 2 = 130€ for house 3 = 150€ For house 4 = 90€ The package includes cleaning, bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels. In order to guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid to the property. Please note that during winter, the swimming pool will only be heated for stays of 3 nights and more Pleasse note that the internet and phone connections are not very good on the domain . Due to the outrageous increase of electricity pricing, we have to turn off the pool and the sauna during the low season. Thanks for your understanding.
