If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in between 22:00 - 02:00 carries a PLN 60 surcharge.
