A damage deposit of AED 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel resort. According to Emaar rules and regulations, this property is suitable for family or group of travelers and does not accept bookings for parties, wedding receptions, caterers, photographers, deliveries or any similar events. We require passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. If we don’t receive passport copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in. No additional visitors or guests will be permitted in addition to the passports received.
