Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Communication with the administrator on duty is round the clock. There is a possibility of self-check-in at any time of the day. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee. An offer agreement is concluded before check-in. A photo or scan of the passport in electronic format is required. Accounting documents (a receipt with a QR code, vouchers) are provided upon request. The apartment staff can arrange a shuttle service for guests upon request. Upon request, a baby cot, a high chair and a potty are provided free of charge. Noisy activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Guests will be charged an increased deposit for arrivals on New Year's Eve. Accommodation with animals is possible only by prior arrangement and only with small breed dogs that do not show hyperactivity. The cost of additional cleaning is RUB 2000.00.
