Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: EUR 45 per pet, per week
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 30 per week

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

This property charges the following mandatory cleaning fees per stay, collected at the property: 140 EUR for Apartment, 2 bedrooms bookings, 150 EUR for Apartment, 3 bedrooms bookings, and 160 EUR for Apartment, 4 bedrooms bookings. This property charges consumption-based heating and electricity fees of EUR 0.18 per kWh per stay from November 3, 2019-March 22, 2020.
