Er kunnen aanvullende transactiekosten van toepassing zijn op lokale inwoners, plus aanvullend 21% btw, dat aan het hotel betaald dient te worden. Alleen door locale inwoners rechtstreeks aan het hotel te voldoen. Toeristen ontvangen een restitutie van de btw wanneer ze hun accommodatie betalen.
