Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 20:00. The apartment has an independent contactless check-in according to the instructions. Guests must first contact the representative of the apartment at the phone number indicated in the booking confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram messengers, by message from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Moscow time), calls are not accepted. The apartments will be prepared for the number of guests specified at the time of booking. If the child needs a separate bed, bed linen, towels, the child is indicated as a separate guest. The deposit is paid to a bank card before check-in to the apartment. It is also returned to the bank card in full on the day of departure after the end of cleaning under the following conditions: compliance with the rules of accommodation, complete safety of property, no compensatory cases, no need to dry-clean furniture, remove odors and replace textiles. Deducted from the deposit: cost of bed linen and towels with permanent stains, cost of dry cleaning, odor removal, any repair work due to the guest's fault, RUB 500.00 for dirty dishes, food, groceries left behind, RUB 500.00 for a dirty oven, RUB 300.00 for garbage left behind, RUB 1000.00 for a 15-30 minute delay in cleaning after check-out. For any violation of the rules of residence specified in the description, including smoking, unauthorized late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, delay in cleaning after check-out for more than half an hour, a fine in the amount of the deposit is withheld.
