For Russian citizens, adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in; international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted. Birth certificates for all Russian children (under 14) must be presented during check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian, rather than a parent, travels in Russia with a child under 14, they must present documentation certifying their authority to accompany the child at check-in. Foreign citizens, both adults and children, must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card during check-in. When making a booking, guests need to specify a contact phone number and the approximate time of arrival. If guests check in after 21:00, they must notify the guest house administrator.
