This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the accommodation will send an email to guests after booking to confirm their general terms and conditions. Kindly note there is a USD 25 late check in fee after 7pm. Late check in after 11pm is subject to a USD 50 fee. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at the time of arrival in the name of the guest on the booking. Payment can be made in cash to avoid credit card processing fee. Please note children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised at all times. The accommodation does not accept outside guests at the property without management approval prior to arrival. Guests must follow the property security procedures to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests on site. Please note any violation in the property house rules could result in cancellation without refund.
