Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. To guarantee your reservation, the property holds your credit card details provided in the booking process, to then make the 100% charge as maximum 3 days before the check-in date. Please note that 22% taxes are not included in the room rates. You are notified of total amount of tax to be paid during and after completing the reservation process. If the reservation is cancelled, there may be charges due. Check-in is at 3 PM, you can arrive earlier and make use of the facilities while your room is ready. Check-out is at 12 PM (midday), you can return the key and enjoy the facilities the rest of the day. If you do not check-out by 12 PM (midday), you will be charged Q 100 for each hour or extra fraction. Children under 10 years stay free of charge and are not eligible for complimentary breakfast. It is forbidden to consume alcohol inside hotel facilities that have not been purchased at the property. The only exception is having obtained prior authorization and paying uncork fees. For the well-being of all, noise is not allowed after 10 PM inside or outside the rooms. All guest must show a valid ID & credit card when check in. All special request are subject to availability and may apply charges on them.
