The apartments are located in two buildings, the distance from each other is about 100 m, at the addresses: Vitebsky Prospekt, 99 building 1 and Vitebsky Prospekt, 101 building 1. The apart-hotel is one complex. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. When booking on the day of check-in, please contact the administration to clarify the possibility of check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Any set of accounting documents is provided for companies and business travelers; delivery of originals is possible for an additional fee. Non-cash payment is accepted. Living conditions: The deposit is refunded on the day of departure. The apartments have 24-hour remote check-in. Before check-in or at the time of check-in, an electronic contract is concluded, passports of residents are required. A special check-in time is discussed additionally. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. When booking after 10:00 PM for the next night, check-in is possible only the next day, from 09:00 AM.
