Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Remote, self-check-in is organized at the facility through an electronic lock or a safe (keybox). Payment for accommodation is made before check-in: 100% prepayment + security deposit. Then an instruction with access codes to the apartment is sent. Rules of accommodation: smoking is strictly prohibited, strictly observe the noise regime, any format of the event is prohibited, pets are prohibited. Additional information on the rules and the refund of the deposit is sent by the manager on the day of arrival. Booking for 3 persons takes place only in agreement with the manager.
