Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is contactless. A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover any potential damage to the property; it will be refunded upon departure. To receive the deposit back, guests are asked to take care of the apartment’s belongings, return the keys, wash any used dishes, refrain from smoking inside, and avoid making noise after 11:00 PM. Accommodation with children is allowed for ages 4 and up. Alcohol consumption, as well as inappropriate or aggressive behavior, is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the premises.
