Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 15:00 - 23:00. The apartments are available for remote check-in, guests must contact representatives in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls are accepted only after 12:00 PM, check-in is possible strictly from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Upon check-in, guests must pay a security deposit. The deposit is returned upon check-out in cash at 12:00 PM or to a bank card online transfer until 04:00 PM Moscow time.
