Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Kouvola Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 40 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in is not possible at Kouvola Apartment. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own, or rent in advance for 12 EUR per person per stay. Please note that the final cleaning is not included in the price. A surcharge of 40 EUR has to be paid to get it cleaned or it can be done by guests, in this case please inform in advance. After booking, the property may request a photocopy of the all guests’ passports prior to check-in to secure the reservation. All guests and visitors must be registered with the property in advance.
