The cost of underground parking is from RUB 100.00 per hour (daytime) to RUB 350.00 per hour (night time). Upon request, guests are provided with the house residence card, the cost is from RUB 500.00 per day. The card allows you to leave the car in the underground parking for more than 7 hours. Guests are provided with a baby cot and a high chair upon request, the cost is RUB 1000.00 per stay. Remote check-in is available in the apartments. Guests must contact the property in advance by phone, which is provided in the booking confirmation, to receive check-in instructions. Small indoor dogs up to 5 kg are allowed in the apartments. Other animals are not allowed. Payment is made for each pet. The pet must be no more than 35 cm at the withers. The cost is valid for a one-time payment. A security deposit of RUB 2000.00 is charged separately for each pet. Noisy events, birthday parties are prohibited. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. An additional fee for providing accounting documents is 10% of the cost of accommodation.
