VAT indicated in the rates is obligatory for payment only for the citizens of Peru, regardless of the length of stay. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.

• One child 10 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
• This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.
• Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; guestroom doors are sealed after cleaning; the property is cleaned and disinfected with electrostatic spray.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Airport shuttle transfer per adult: PEN 30 (one-way)
• Airport shuttle transfer per child: PEN 20 (one-way), (from 10 to 18 years old)
• The national sales tax (18%) may be charged upon check-out to residents of Peru regardless of length of stay, and non-residents staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. Travelers who present a valid passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) at check-in are exempt from this tax. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.
