Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Upon arrival guest must pay a refundable deposit of 5000 RUB. Also, to confirm the booking guest must make a prepayment of 1 night staying. An account on a prepayment will be sent on guest's email. Apartments are not suitable for parties and any other noisy entertainments. In cases of contravention guests will be checked-out without returning of a prepayment and deposit. Late and early check-in carries out for extra fee: — in cases of check-in from 22:00 to 01:00 guest must pay 500 RUB; — in cases of check-in from 01:00 to 06:00 guest must pay 1000 RUB; — in cases of check-in from 06:00 to 08:00 guest must pay 500 RUB.
