Er kunnen aanvullende transactiekosten van toepassing zijn op lokale inwoners, plus aanvullend 21% btw, dat aan het hotel betaald dient te worden. Alleen door locale inwoners rechtstreeks aan het hotel te voldoen. Toeristen ontvangen een restitutie van de btw wanneer ze hun accommodatie betalen. Om de restitutie te ontvangen moeten ze met een buitenlandse creditcard betalen of hun paspoortnummer doorgeven en hun adres bevestigen.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for full breakfast: USD 10 for adults and USD 5 for children (approximately)
• Pet deposit: USD 50.0 per stay
• Late check-out fee: USD 20 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fees vary based on length of stay
• Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 5 per night

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash Breakage deposit: USD 50 per stay
• Cleaning fee: USD 10 per room, per stay
• The 21% national VAT (value-added tax) is not included in the price, and will be charged at the property upon check-out for all citizens of Argentina. Foreigners on a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. To qualify for a tax exemption, tourists must present a valid passport and pay for the services rendered with a non-Argentine credit card or via bank transfer from another country. This tax exemption does not apply for stays over 90 days. In the case of cancelled bookings, the cancellation penalties paid by the traveler will also be subject to the national VAT (21%).
