As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

• Late check-in fee: MXN 300 for check-in between 11:30 PM and 1:30 AM
• Housekeeping fee: MXN 350 per day; may vary based on length of stay
