A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Wed 01 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at €15 per person/per stay. For arrivals from 19:00 to 22:00 a surcharge of € 30 applies, while for arrivals after 22:00 a surcharge of € 50 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 5 per day when used.
