This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You are kindly requested to respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. The presence of unregistered persons in the accommodation is not permitted at any time during the stay. You will need to clean the barbecue and the fireplace. The dishwasher must be emptied and the garbage must be taken out when you leave. Please note that the accommodation does not accept payment by MasterCard or American Express. The mandatory cleaning fees are as follows: - From September 1 to June 30: 120 EUR - From Jully 1 to August 31: 250 EUR Rental costs of household linen; • From September 1 to June 30 = >> 20 EUR / person • From Jully 1 to August 31 = >> included in the rental price Linen rental includes: 2 towels per person, 1 complete set of sheets, 1 bath mat, 2 tea towels, 1 new sponge, 3 dishwasher tablets, 1 hand washing liquid, 1 roll of toilet paper in each toilet, 1 paper towel, coffee and tea capsules, welcome products for the kitchen.
