A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 20:00. The working hours of the reception are: 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be communicated in advance to the property. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 night only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights). Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of EUR 50.00. The cost of cleaning for two-room apartments is EUR 80.00. City tax: mandatory in Budoni in cash, the amount may change. Deposit refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
